Benefits for Participating Projects
1. Awards for Finalists: In the finals, eight Prizes (1 First Prize Award, 2 Second Prize Awards, 5 Third Prize Awards ) with cash value ranging from RMB10,000 to RMB50,000 (after tax) will be given out. In addition, the final teams will be provided a certain amount of travel allowance.
2. Additional Awards for Teams that Land Projects in the Eco-City: Eight “Innovation Star” Awards amounting to a total of RMB 600,000 will be awarded to support teams that land their projects in the Eco-City. Finalists can apply for these Awards under the "China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Science and Technology Innovation Promotion Policy" after the Competition. There are three tiers for the “Innovation Star” Awards: First Prize worth RMB 150,000; Second Prize worth RMB 100,000; Third Prize worth RMB 50,000.
3. Winning teams may have opportunities to showcase and implement their projects in the Eco-City.
4. Winning teams may also receive funding support from investment and venture capital entities.
5. Opportunities for outstanding teams to register in the incubators, accelerators and business parks in the Eco-City, and benefit from various policy incentives and support services such as industry support grants and talent incentives.
6. Opportunities for outstanding teams to be matched with tertiary institutes for industry and research collaboration opportunities.
7. Teams that are shortlisted for the final round will receive mentorship on business development and gain access to valuable resources.
