Project Name: MOSH Intelligent Heating Technology Based on Metal Oxide Semiconductors

The“MOSH Intelligent Heating”project is an integrated system that combines metal oxide semiconductor heating technology with intelligent microgrid control technology. The product utilises nano-scale oxygen vacancies N-type metal oxide semiconductor materials, combined with advanced vacuum magnetron sputtering coating technology. It achieves an electrothermal conversion efficiency of up to 99.94%, boasts an ultra-long service life with a degradation rate of less than 3.3% over 50 years, and is virtually maintenance-free and easy to install. These advantages enable significant reduction in both construction and operational costs. According to the analysis by the China Academy of Building Research, MOSH Intelligent Heating can achieve energy savings of 36.8% and reduce carbon emissions by 81% in residential buildings. In office buildings, it achieves energy savings of 52.6% and carbon emission reduction of 87%.

In December of the same year, this technology was selected in the fifth batch of “National Key Promoted Low-Carbon Technology Directory”, jointly issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Transport, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.

Since its settlement in the China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City in early 2024, the Company has established close partnerships with upstream and downstream enterprises with the strong supports from the government and related institutions. It has completed approximately 20,000 sqm demonstration applications across the country, saving users an initial installation cost of about CNY10–12 million, while achieving cumulative energy savings of CNY 235,000 per heating season annually. The MOSH technology has been successfully applied to several pilot projects in Tianjin, including the kindergarten project in the Eco-City, the China-Singapore Friendship Garden Project, and the rural self-built housing projects in Wuqing District. The Technology has received highly positive feedback from users due to its efficient energy performance, instant heating capability, flexible installation, and lower upfront and operating costs. Relying on the Eco-City, an application and demonstration platform for cutting-edge green and low-carbon technologies, the Company has further validated the MOSH's applicability across diverse scenarios. It has also accumulated valuable experiences and data to promote the product in more public institutions and green buildings.

Looking ahead, Light of Green Energy will leverage the international influence of the Eco-City and its leadership in green and low-carbon development to rapidly refine the market layout for the low-temperature MOSH heating chip, and focus on the R&D and pilot production of high-temperature heating chips. By conducting more demonstration projects, the Company aims to expand market share of MOSH technology in the region of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei gradually and accelerate domestic and international market expansion, promoting the global application of MOSH technology.
