The "Low Carbon Emission Reduction and Indoor Air Pollution Control" project features a range of products, such as QUANTUM-ION negative ion coating, safe and environmental-friendly antibacterial coating, QAHE industrial energy-saving and efficiency enhancing coating, and EVA Power stickers, which are internationally leading technologies. QUANTUM-ION coating purifies the air by releasing high concentration negative oxygen ions. Its innovation lies in the fact that it does not produce ozone and radiation, can continuously release negative oxygen ions and has the function of physical disinfection and sterilisation. This coating has been successfully applied in high-end places in China and Singapore. QAHE industrial energy-saving coating enhances equipment energy efficiency without external energy drive, applicable to both high-and low-voltage equipment. It delivers an average energy-saving rate of 10%-25%, with a maximum energy-saving rate of 35%. It has been certified by the German TUV international authoritative organisation. EVA POWER fuel-saving and emission-reducing car stickers improve fuel efficiency and reduce exhaust emissions. Tested by the Malaysian Polytechnic University, these stickers have achieved a fuel saving rate of 27.5%, and has secured a commercial cooperation agreement with the Singapore Vehicle Authority.



Aqua 3I Technology Pte., Ltd. is a Singaporean R&D company specialising with innovative nanomaterials and resonance technology. The Company is dedicated to becoming a leading enterprise in applying green technology for indoor air purification and energy efficiency improvement. In 2020, after winning the first prize in the International Youth Green Innovation Competition, Aqua 3I decided to register in Singapore Centre of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Investment and Development Co., Ltd. From 2021 to 2022, Aqua 3I reached a cooperation agreement with SSTEC, successfully applied QAHE coating in The Land Mark building, and conducted energy-saving and efficiency improvement tests on HVAC fans, lighting, and water pump systems. According to the energy audit report issued by Tianjin Eco-City Green Building Research Institute, the energy-saving performance is significant. In 2024, the Company provided formaldehyde treatment services for Perennial Health Care Community and completed negative ion treatment project for the conference rooms of Singapore Tiong Sheng Holding Ltd., which were achieving significant results and receiving high praise from customers. In addition, Aqua 3I has won numerous innovation and entrepreneurship awards both domestically and internationally. Also in 2024, QAHE energy-saving and efficiency enhancing technology were recommended by the "Eco-Innovation · Green Action" International Young Talents Innovation Competition Organising Committee to the Green Productivity Working Committee of the China Association of Productivity Promotion Centre and selected as the core technology for China's green productivity. This recognition further enhanced company's brand influence.

In the future, Aqua 3I Pte. Ltd., will continue to focus on innovative research and market expansion in its two core businesses of Quantum-Ion and QAHE. At the same time, by leveraging the support policies of the Eco-City for international enterprises, the Company will actively collaborate with relevant parties to promote the widespread application of green and low-carbon technologies, and contribute to the "dual carbon" goals.
